  • Access the invite email and click Accept Invitation.
  • Log in using the existing user ID and password.
  • If you are accessing your Client’s account listed in the Client’s tab, you can easily manage your accounts.

Second Step: Test Your Browser Issues

If QuickBooks is already open in another browser window or tab, log out of all of them.

If you couldn’t connect, there might be some web browser issues. You must open the invite manually:

  • Access the invite email and then right-click on the Accept Invitation link.
  • Now, copy the web address and then paste it into a Private or Incognito window.
